They had the equipment to dry everything within 3 days.The rehab team worked with us to get drywall and trim back quickly. Every person we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and willing to move the project forward quickly. They listened to our concerns and made a plan to meet them. He felt like someone we could really trust in the situation and took the time to educate us on what he knows as a master technician. We were left with such a positive impression and very thankful for the high level of customer service! I initially called for carpet cleaning and they did a thorough job of evaluating the situation, locating all the problem areas, and explaining the process and cost. Ultimately, it made more sense to replace the carpet. They did a really great job of giving me the information I needed to make an informed decision.Fast forward a few weeks later, and I reached out to get information on the remediation of the lingering smell. Chad spent 30 minutes on the phone with me answering all of my questions, giving production and process recommendations on how to remedy the situation. Again, it was more sensible to do most of the work myself. I cannot express how HELPFUL and knowledgeable he was. He was incredibly generous with his time. AND gave some words of support (which we needed with the chaos of the project)They have created a trust relationship with me as a customer, and I will be glad to call them out for carpet and mattress cleaning in the future. And should I find myself with a bigger cleanup, they will be my first and only call.
